Our Non-Surgical BBL uses hyperdiluted Radiesse® — calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres — injected strategically into the buttocks and surrounding areas to stimulate collagen production, improve skin quality, and create subtle contour enhancement.
This is not a replacement for surgical fat transfer and will not create dramatic volume changes. It focuses on improving skin laxity, texture, cellulite appearance, firmness, and subtle shape — with results developing gradually over 2–4 months.
Most patients benefit from a series of 1–3 sessions spaced 6–12 weeks apart. Downtime is minimal.

Pre-Treatment Care
- Avoid blood thinners and alcohol 5–7 days before
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing to your appointment
- Avoid intense lower body exercise for 72 hours before
Post-Treatment Care
- Avoid sitting directly on treated areas for 24–48 hours
- Avoid strenuous lower body exercise for 48–72 hours
- Swelling and firmness in the area is normal and expected
- Massage as directed by your provider
- Results develop gradually over 2–4 months
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as a surgical BBL?
No. A surgical BBL involves liposuction and fat transfer under general anesthesia. Our non-surgical BBL uses hyperdiluted Radiesse to stimulate collagen and improve skin quality without surgery.
How many syringes do I need?
Most patients start with 10–20 syringes. Your provider will recommend a plan based on your area of concern and goals at consultation.
When will I see results?
Some early improvement may be visible within weeks, but the most significant results develop over 2–4 months as new collagen is produced.
