The Lily Lip is our signature lip filler treatment — designed to enhance the natural shape, volume, and definition of your lips while maintaining proportion to your facial features. We don't do the same lips on everyone.
We offer two options: The Full Lily Lip uses 1cc of hyaluronic acid filler for complete enhancement. The Mini Lily Lip uses 0.5cc and is ideal for first-time patients or those wanting a subtle, natural result.
HA filler is reversible with Hylenex if needed, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.

Pre-Treatment Care
- Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 5–7 days if possible
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
- Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to treatment
- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup
- Inform your provider of all current medications
- Notify your provider if you have a history of cold sores — prophylactic treatment may be recommended
Post-Treatment Care
- Expect swelling and possible bruising for 2–5 days — normal and expected
- Avoid massage or pressure to the treated area for 24–48 hours
- Avoid heat, strenuous exercise, and alcohol for 24–48 hours
- Sleep with head elevated the first night to minimize swelling
- Final results visible once all swelling resolves (1–2 weeks)
- Contact us if you notice any skin color changes or unusual symptoms
- Do not apply lipstick or lip products for 12–24 hours
- Avoid kissing, straws, or excessive lip movement for 24 hours

Will my lips look natural?
Natural-looking results are our standard. We study your facial proportions, lip anatomy, and personal goals before placing a single unit. The Lily Lip is fully customized to your face.
Is it painful?
Topical numbing is applied before treatment, and most filler contains lidocaine. Most patients describe mild pressure and brief sensitivity — well-tolerated.
How long do results last?
Most patients find results last 6–12 months. Lips tend to metabolize filler slightly faster than other areas.
Mini vs Full — which is right for me?
First-time patients or those wanting subtle enhancement often start with the Mini (0.5cc). The Full Lily Lip is ideal for more noticeable volume and definition. Your provider will help you decide.
Can the filler be dissolved?
Yes. HA filler can be dissolved with Hylenex (hyaluronidase). We offer this service — discuss it at your appointment if you have any concerns.
