Lauren Moore

With more than 13 years of nursing experience, Lauren combines medical expertise with an undeniable passion for beauty. She began her career as an ICU nurse, where she developed the precision, attention to detail, and patient-centered care that still define her practice today. Six years ago, after falling in love with aesthetics herself, she started her transition to trade the ICU for the treatment room and never looked back.

A self-proclaimed beauty enthusiast with an eye for balance and harmonization, Lauren believes aesthetic medicine is equal parts science and artistry. She loves creating refreshed, refined results that enhance her clients' natural features while keeping them looking like the best version of themselves.

When she's not injecting, you'll likely find her enjoying a spicy margarita, spending time with family and friends, or sharing beauty tips with the people she loves. As a true girls' girl, nothing makes Lauren happier than helping women walk out feeling confident, gorgeous, and just a little extra obsessed with their reflection. Her goal? To take what's already stunning and elevate it — because if you're already a 10, there's always room to take you to an 11.

Sarah Beard

Sarah is a Licensed Aesthetician and Senior Laser Technician with over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Passionate about skin health and graceful aging, she specializes in advanced corrective treatments including microneedling, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and customized clinical facials designed to deliver natural, radiant results.

Known for her warm personality and results-driven approach, Sarah's top priority is helping clients feel confident in their skin while consistently exceeding expectations. Beyond the treatments themselves, one of her favorite parts of aesthetics is the meaningful relationships she builds with her clients. She jokingly says she deserves an honorary doctorate in psychology because clients naturally feel comfortable opening up to her during appointments. Whether you want to talk skincare, life, pop culture, or simply relax and enjoy a quiet, restorative treatment, Sarah creates a space where every client feels comfortable and cared for.

Her approach combines extensive experience with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best, making every appointment feel both effective and deeply personal.

Outside of Lily Lane, Sarah enjoys riding bikes, swimming, experimenting with new recipes, and traveling the world with her husband. Some of their favorite adventures together have included trips to Japan and Iceland.

Emily Thornton

With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, Emily has always had a deep passion for skincare and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. Inspired early on by her older sister, now the lead esthetician at Lily Lane Aesthetics, Emily developed a love for the industry that continues to shape the provider she is today.

Known for being exceptionally thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in each client's skin journey, Emily loves delivering treatments that create both immediate gratification and long-term transformation. Some of her favorite treatments include dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, manual extractions, SkinPen microneedling, and advanced laser procedures that help improve overall skin health beyond the surface.

For Emily, the treatment room is truly her happy place. She believes skincare is about so much more than appearance — it's about confidence, self-care, and helping people feel better mentally and emotionally. Her goal is always for clients to leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and more confident than when they walked in.

Outside of Lily Lane, Emily enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their fur babies, being the fun aunt to her nephews, exploring new restaurants around Houston, spending time with family, and singing along to every word at concerts.

Jessica Korte

Jessica has spent the past 14 years carving out a name for herself in the world of plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. Starting as a PCC while putting herself through graduate school, she worked her way through nearly every role within a medical practice before becoming a highly sought-after consultant known for helping practices grow, scale, and embrace their individuality.

Before Lily Lane, Jessica began her career in San Antonio, where she studied Biology and Criminology as an undergraduate before discovering her passion for the business side of medicine. She holds dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration and has developed a reputation for teaching surgeons and injectors how to create brands that challenge convention, make waves, and stand out in an increasingly saturated industry.

Jessica met Sarah Young while working together at a previous practice in 2021, and the two immediately clicked. What began as a shared vision of something extraordinary, coupled with countless nights and weekends spent planning, eventually became Lily Lane Aesthetics: a practice built on the belief that confidence changes everything and great things happen when ambitious women collaborate.

Outside of Lily Lane, Jessica spends her mornings willingly drinking the Solidcore Kool-Aid, her evenings lifting weights, and her weekends embracing the perfect contradiction: trips to the shooting range, antiquing like a grandma, and getting lost in a good book on her Kindle. When she's not at the clinic, you'll likely find her fishing or lounging poolside at her family's ranch in the Texas Hill Country with her beloved Yorkie and Morkie, Frank and Bubbles.
