Can I cancel my membership?
The Lily Skin Collective requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After your initial 6-month period, your membership continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Early cancellation within the initial 6-month period is subject to an early termination fee — ask our team for full terms at enrollment.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Unlike some memberships where you lose unused benefits, the Collective allows you to bank your unused monthly fees as credit toward any future Lily Lane service. If you miss a month, that $199 accumulates and can be applied toward a peel, laser treatment, or any other service at your convenience.
Can I use my membership discount on injectables?
The 10% member discount applies to chemical peels, professional skincare purchases, microneedling sessions, and laser treatments. Injectable treatments (Botox, filler, Sculptra, etc.) are not included in the discount, but members receive priority scheduling and early access to promotional events that may include injectable savings.
When does my HydraFacial credit reset?
Your monthly HydraFacial + dermaplaning credit is available from the first of each month and applies to one Signature HydraFacial + dermaplaning session per calendar month. Credits for unused months bank as described above and do not expire.
